Internal Sales team member (m/f/d) for French export and for Dutch export

YOU HAVE some technical knowledge. Experience with kitchen planning programmes would be an advantage, but is not essential. You will be systematically trained and coached in these areas. Later, your tasks will include punctual order processing and correspondence with our customers. You are a team player and work in a committed, reliable and independent manner.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Recording of customer orders
Support for our customers
Communication with our sales representatives
Registering and processing of complaints

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

For the export departments, knowledge of French or Dutch
Technical understanding
Communication and team skills
A customer and service orientation
A diligent and reliable work style
Ideally, experience in kitchen planning
